● The Process Our bulk-order, B2B contract imprinting service involves customization of apparel using screen printing. This service is offered to businesses in need of anything from customized work uniforms for employees to mass orders of promotional apparel for events!

● Screen Printing: A method where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto fabric, creating vibrant and durable designs. It's commonly used for t-shirts, hoodies, and other apparel. Broberry Deco offers contract decoration to businesses, screen printers, & ASI/SAGE/PPAI promotional product distributors for bulk orders.

● The Pricing Imprint pricing is determined per location and can be changed depending on the colors visible in the design; underlays and flashes are never an additional cost!

● The Artwork Requirements Screenprinting requires vector artwork, such as EPS, AI, or PDF files. As a general rule, any submitted artwork should be provided on a single layer with no transparencies. Avoid halftone gradients that are less than 25%, and ensure the minimum line thickness is one point (1pt) throughout the entire design. Our artists may modify line thickness and halftone gradients of your original artwork to improve design print quality. We can recreate vector art for you at $35 per design if your artwork is submitted as an embedded JPG image or other file formats.

● The Standard PMS Ink Colors We will print your artwork using your chosen Purchase Order PMS Color[s] at no additional charge. If you simply request red, blue, dark green, etc., then please refer to the standard color guide below for your order!
